Candidates

Due to the access we have to numerous search facilities, industry knowledge and candidate networking we are able to assist with requirements for most types of candidates for these and other sectors. However, if we feel that we cannot find a particular type of candidate for you, we will let you know quickly and advise you on other avenues you may wish to try.

Requirements

Upon receipt of a requirement we will begin searching for and resourcing candidates immediately. We will keep you updated at all times on how the search is going and when we expect to get candidates to you. We will normally send between 2 and 4 candidates per requirement depending on the role. All candidates will go through an in-depth telephone interview with us to determine their suitability for the role and how serious they are about looking for a new position. We will then profile the candidates that we send to you, outlining their notice period, salary expectations, where they reside and the candidates core skills with relevance to the requirement.

We are always open to suggestions in improving the way that we work. If you require us to qualify candidates in a certain way or to ask specific questions set by you, we are more than happy to do this.
